In the event that, the Professional  with whom User has booked a paid appointment via the Website, has not been able to meet the User and the User is required to wait, irrespective of the fact whether the User is required to wait or choose to not obtain the services from the said Professional. The appointment can be reschedule or User can cancel the appointment within same days from the occurrence of such even by the call centre team / registration desk or User can write to us at email: [email protected] The entire consultation amount as mentioned on the Website will be refunded after deducting the applicable portal charges  decided by Orkos Technology or any other charges as the case may be, to the User within the next five (5) to six (6) business days from the cancellation request  in the original mode of payment done by the User while booking. 

Paid appointment can be cancelled 24 hrs before the set date & time by the user only. The entire consultation amount as mentioned on the Website will be refunded after deducting the applicable portal charges decided by Orkos Technology or any other charges as the case may be, to the User within the next five (5) to six (6) business days from the date of cancellation in the original mode of payment done by the User while booking. 

Orkos Technology and the Professional shall have the right to terminate relationship with You unilaterally without any reason, and applicable amount or cash back (if any) or pro-rata refund, deducting the applicable portal charges decided by Orkos Technology or any other charges as the case may be, shall be refunded to You subsequently.
